Weeton 823A/828B Two-component PU flexible packaging adhesive

* Introduction:

823A/828B is a cost-effective, solvent-free PU adhesive which is mainly used for lamination between plastic film and metalized film, extensively applied in food, medicine, daily chemical, industry packaging.
823A/828B has low viscosity and excellent wettability, which can meet the requirements of high-speed lamination (450m/min).

The mixing ratio can be adjusted between 100:50-60 according to the specific working conditions.

823A/828B does not affect the opening of the internal film after lamination. After curing, the adhesive is transparent, tasteless, elastic and aging resistant.
Excellent pot-life: after mixing the two components, the pot-life time can reach 40 min, which shows the excellent operability.
Fast curing rate: Under the condition of 35 ℃ to 45 ℃, the product can be completely cured after 1-2 days of lamination. For three-layer film lamination packaging products, the third layer of film should be laminated after 12 hours of two-layer lamination.
Good peel strength.
Lamination film:
OPP/PE, OPP/CPP, Ny/PE, PET/PE, OPP(PET)/VMCPP. (The films need to be suffered corona treatment to reach the surface tension.)
